SHOPtheWORD Pre-Order Process
- Orders with only Pre-Order Products will be charged a Pre-Order processing fee of $1.00
- You are required to create an account either at checkout, or before to be able to place your Pre-Order.
- Upon checkout, we will securely encrypt your payment method to be charged on the product's published date.
- Once the product's publication date has come and stock has been received, your pre-order will be released and your card will be authorized.
- If the publication date has changed, or we are low on stock, you will be alerted via email immediately.
- You can cancel your Pre-Order any time before the product's publciation date. Once we process your Pre-Order, you will not be able to cancel the order.
- Once your order has shipped, we will charge your card for the amount of the Pre-Order.
- In regards to shipping: The ship method you choose during checkout will be the ship method used once the Pre-Order has released.
